Sorry for your loss. Jerry was my lead at Cessna. Those were the good ole days, Jerry was always upbeat. It was a joy to work with him. Jerry help me keep my car and motorcycle running. One afternoon after work your dad overhauled my cars carburetor. It was winter, he first removed the carburetor, took it up in my apartment, tore down the carburetor and soaked the parts in my bathroom. Your dad put in new parts. Put it all together, put his coat on and braved the cold while he puts the carburetor back on. Yes, it cranked right up. Lots of fond memories.
I enjoyed knowing your dad and your mother.

Kevin & Shirley, Kim,
Kathy and I are thinking of you, and send our most sincere sympathy.
Your Dad will be missed greatly, but you'll always have so many great memories of him. One of my mine relates to a line in the notice: “He was always willing to help family, friends and neighbors with any project, much to the chagrin of Jackie.”
I'll always remember that many, many years ago your Dad taught me how to replace wheel bearings right there in his garage/shop one evening after a bearing failed on my first boat trailer. He demonstrated the entire process for me, and no doubt also provided a stern lecture about properly packing and maintaining wheel bearings. This while he probably was supposed to be inside having dinner with your Mom! He certainly always was ready to jump in and help with anybody's project.
Kelly, Karen, your Grandfather was quite a man. I'm privileged to have known him.
We're so sorry for your loss.

I'm saddened to learn of your Dad's passing, but warmed by the acceptance he offered at your house and those afternoons after school playing pool and basketball. We offer prayers of comfort.

Kevin & Kim - so sorry for your loss - I remember your Dad so well and all of the Saturdays he would come to the house - or we would go out Garage Selling with him. He was a great guy - so now & guess he & Dad will be together again in the great blue beyond - I am certain he had a wonderful life and I know how proud he was of both of you. Keeping you in our Prayers Vic's daughter - Natausha.
