I am very sorry to just now read of Gerry's passing. I was one of the neighborhood kids back on Sylvan Street that looked to up him like an older brother. He looked out for me, took care of me, and allowed me to work alongside him on construction jobs back in the early 1980's when he was starting out. I am grateful to have known Gerry. He will be in my thoughts.

To Gerry Vimr family
I just got your letter and did not know of Gerry's passing. So sorry! He was such a great guy. I have so many good memories of when I had the duplex in So. St. Paul and he did a lot of work for me. I could always count on him to help me out. He built a deck for me put on new doors and storm windows and a water heater and lots of other things. I will always remember him as a happy go luck guy who was a good friend and you could count on to do the right thing! Yvonne Ross of Bloomington, MN

Terri, Cayla, Chelsey, and Ryan--
Jerry was a beautiful and giving person who made such a powerful impact on all of us. He was at mass every Saturday afternoon for as long as his body would allow him to be there. What an incredible testimony to his faith he gave to all of you and to all of us. We will miss his smile, his sense of humor, and his generous heart. May each of you know the healing touch of Christ who is with you now as He has been through all of Jerry's illness. May His peace, which is beyond all human understanding, enfold you now and in the days to come. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are always with you.
With Our Love,
Anne and Tim Hennessey and Family
