Geraldine Alexander Obituary
Knoxville, TN
Geraldine Alexander, age 92, of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 1, 2016. She was a loving wife and step-mother. She was a loyal member of Holy Cross Anglican Church and she was the first member to be baptized at the Farragut location. Geraldine worked on the Manhattan project and participated in work essential to the production of the atomic bomb, thereby contributing to the successful conclusion of World War II. She worked as a secretary for the Heart Foundation for 40 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walden And Lena Alexander; and grandmother, Lucy Brooks. She is survived by her loving husband of 11 years, Lawrence Reynolds; step-children, Travis, Shauna and Natalia; and two grandchildren, Sierra and Dakota.
A memorial service will be held at Holy Cross Anglican Church on Saturday, October 8, 2016, at 10:30 AM, with a reception to follow.

So sad to hear this. She is my aunt. My mother sister. She lived a long life. Thank you Father God for receiving her in Jesus Christ Precious name Amen

Jerry, as I knew her in '60s-'70s, was fun to know and work with--Albers Drug Company in Knoxville, TN. I learned more from Jerry pertaining to work. Have missed seeing/talking with her many years due to my health issues. You were fortunate to have her in your family and church. This photo of Jerry--I knew her with coal black hair--she looked marvelous with white hair, too. Prayers for all. -L.
