TOWNSHEND - Mrs. Geraldine "Geri" A. Moulton died Sunday, June 7th at the Vernon Green Nursing Home where she had been a resident for the past four weeks. Although she had a busy home life raising four children, she was active in the business community working with her husband, Elbert G. "Al" Moulton. Geri also worked with her husband in politics, playing an active role in the election campaigns of the late Governor Deane C. Davis. They worked together again in 1980, as the first full time staffers for the Brattleboro Development Credit Corporation. She was active in the Parent Teacher Associations of her children's schools, as well as working for New England Telephone in Montpelier and the Merchants Bank in Brattleboro. After they retired, Geri also chaired a committee at the Methodist Church in Rotonda, Florida that established a program to help young people learn to read.
