Geraldine Johnson Walker Geraldine "Gerrie" Johnson Walker, age 81, entered into Eternal Life on Sunday, August 14, 2011.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Ret. Gunnery Sergeant Richard H. Walker, Sr., U.S.M.C.; her daughters, Karen Walker and Kolleen Byrd; her sons, Richard Jr. and Rudolph Walker; her half-sister Barbara Rhymes; five grandchildren; two great- grandchildren and a host of loving relatives and devoted friends.
The family will receive visitors August 23, 2011 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Miller Funeral Home, 3200 Golansky Blvd., Wood-bridge. Services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 14999 Birchdale Ave., Dale City. Interment will follow at 2 p.m. at Quantico National Cemetery. Arrangements by Miller Funeral Home, Woodbridge.
