Best teacher I ever had. I owe him a tremendous debt as I never would have made it to space without him.

I had Mr. VanderVoort for Chemistry 1 and Physics 1 @ PHS. The only blemish to my GPA was in 3rd quarter Physics where Jerry "hooked" me with a C... all the rest were A's and a few B's throughout, my PHS academic career. I deserved it though... I will always remember Mr. V as my toughest teacher. He was a good man and I thank him for instilling in me... FORTITUDE! Thank you, Mr./Dr. VanderVoort

Uncle Jerry and Aunt Judy were such a huge part of my life growing up. I will forever cherish those memories. Brenda and I both send out love and thoughts your way.
