I had the honour of working with Gerry for 5 years as his "Secretary" at Imperial Oil. We both left in 1986. He was a lovely, lovely man and "boss". He was so humble and kind and came in every morning with a smile, ready to start the day. I have thought about he and his family over the years and was so sorry to have just learned of his passing from a colleague. My condolences to Adelaide and family. Beth

We will all miss Mr. O'Neill here at his dental office. He was always in good humour and made us all feel happier when he was around. He spoke kindly and lovingly of his wife and his family. May God rest his soul and eternal be his memory.

Dear Catherine, John and families.

We have always held dear our visit to Burnaby many years ago. Catherine and John were just little. I still have a favourite recipe that Aunt Adelaide gave me. What a wonderful family and we send our heartfelt condolences. Gerry was a kind and humble man. Paul & Barb (Vernon BC)

Dear Catherine, John, Michael, Jennifer and Kate,
Uncle Gerry was a wonderful man who will be missed dearly. I am so grateful we had a chance to visit all of you in June. He still had that "Uncle Gerry smile" and that's how I will remember him.
I hope in your sadness you'll picture him joining your mom and his sisters for an Irish toast!!
All our love, Margot, Darryl, Erin and Neil

Our condolences to Gerry's family. He was a real gentleman, very humble despite all his achievements and a fine Vincentian.

I will remember Gerry as a kind gentle soul whose dedication to the Society of Saint Vincent De Paul for over 50 years was quite remarkable.
Also I am most grateful to be among his friends.
