Gilbert Hinojos Obituary
Our beloved patriarch Gilbert Hinojos transitioned on February 5, 2023. He was our beloved husband, dad, grandpa, and great-grandpa. Family was his everything. He excelled in hospitality to family and friends in the way he meticulously prepared his home and provided for their needs. He had an amazing ability to make others feel special. We are so grateful we saw him live a full life and he left us all with a great legacy.
A funeral mass for Mr.Hinojos will be held on Friday, February 10, 2023, at 10 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Selva Pappu officiating. Interment will follow at Snyder Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
Mr. Hinojos was born on October 19, 1943, in Barstow, Texas to Jesus and Louisa (Gonzales) Hinojos. He proudly served our country in the United States Air Force.He married Linda Ramirez on May 25, 1969, in Mineral Wells, Texas. He coached Little League Baseball and soccer. He retired from Chevron as a pumper after working for many years in Snyder and Fort Stockton. He enjoyed gardening, lawn work, and gardening maintenance, but mostly he enjoyed spending time with family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

A rosary will be held Thursday, February 9, 2023 from 6 PM to 7 PM at Bell Cypert Seale Funeral Home.
Gilbert's request is that friends and family buy groceries for a needy family or a donation in Gilbert's name to his favorite charity: St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
