Gilles Mongeon

MONGEON, Gilles Aristide Artist/painter, church decorator. Peacefully left us at the Montfort Hospital in Ottawa, Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at the age of 77. Son of the late Henri Mongeon and the late Marie-Louise Beatrice Latrimouille. Beloved husband of the late Sylvaine Ore de Grandmont, proud father of Diane (late Michel Barry), Micheline (Marc Denis), Denis (Nancy Holland), Jocelyne (Mike Fraumeni), Sylvain (Ann Smith); loving grandfather of Thomas, Catherine, Nathalie, Melodie, Amy; dear brother of Henri (Late Madeleine), Marie-Marthe (Ken Tang), Francois (Lucille), Rita (Emile Cote), Cecile (Len Robillard), and leaves behind many good, kind friends. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday September 26 at 11 a.m. at Ste. Anne's Church, Ottawa.
