1928 - 2017
Giuseppe passed away peacefully on August 20, 2017, with his family by his side. He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife of 38 years Alta Abramowitz; his children Gabriel, Tina, Angelo (Sylvie), Luciano (Wendy), Gianni (Susan), and Albert Ottoni (with his former spouse Maria Bachetti), and stepchildren Mark (Deborah), Richard and Lori (Julian) Dermer; his grandchildren Sabrina, Claudelle, Justine, Kimberlie, Noah, Eva, Melissa, Leanne, Evan, Christine, Amanda, Sam and Michelle. Brother to deceased siblings Maria (Giovacchino) and Quinto. Dearly missed by his siblings Livio (Emma), Nello (Adelina), Rosalia (Natale), Antonina (Marco), sister-in- law Clementina, and many nephews and nieces. The family will receive condolences on Sunday, August 27 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Centre Funéraire Cote des Neiges, 4525 Ch. Côte des Neiges, Montreal H3V 1V7. A celebration of his life will be held at the Center's Chapel on Monday, August 28 at 12:30 p.m. The family thanks Laiza, Reanne, Flora and the staff of Chateau Westmount for their constant care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Parkinson Canada, www.parkinson.ca.
