Passed away peacefully on July 10, 2013 surrounded by his loving family. Loving husband of over 70 years to the late Maria (nee Giangrasso) (2012). Cherished father of Francesca and husband Giovanni Cerroni, Antonino and wife Shari Tempesta, and Jim and wife Cindy Tempesta. Loving grandfather to Antonella and husband Enrico Notte, Luigi and wife Teresa Cerroni, Daniele and wife Michelle Cerroni, Mariella and husband Payton Gaffan, Sabrina and husband Daniel Mancini, Loredana Tempesta, Joseph Tempesta, Matthew Tempesta, and Andrew Tempesta and fiancée Cassandre. Dear great-grandfather to Gianluca, Sabrina, Christian, Olivia, Max, Daniel and Alessia. Predeceased by sisters Angelina Amato, Rosalia Calandra, Rosa and brothers Vincenzo, Ferdinando and his late brothers-in-law Antonio and Carlo. Survived by his sister-in-law Giuseppa of Australia. Giuseppe will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a thank-you to the staff at La Dolce Vita for their care and compassion over the past two years and also to the staff at Metropolitan Hospital 4th Floor oncology.
