I once knew a Glen William Jackson, the age is about right, his dad's name was William T. Jackson and I don't remember his mom's name, but they lived at 709 Botham Ave, St. Joseph, Michigan, and later his parents moved to Oklahoma. Could this be the same guy?

Glen,
It has been a year and I miss you every day. Your smile and sense of humor is what kept me sane. It is time for me to move on, according to Al and others. I will never forget you or the times we shared.
Soon, I will not be able to visit you every month, but that does not mean I have forgotten you.

Love, Sherry

All I want is for you to be with me for the rest of my life, knowing that no matter what happened, I was always able to come home to your loving arms. I miss not sharing everything with you, talking about our ideas, our dreams, the little everyday things that made us laugh and the no-so-little things that we couldn't help worrying about. I give you all my love as you always gave me a place for acceptance and comfort. I want to grow old with you. I will love you always, honey.

Daddy you were my best friend. You kissed my boo Nooe when I got hurt and told me not to laugh and made me laugh when I was mad. You taught me to try and watch my temper even though I'm still no good at it. You were there when my kids were born and there when I was in trouble. I'll miss you forever and it hurts so so bad. Give momma a kiss for me. I love you!

So sorry to hear you've left us so soon. We grew up together and spent a lot of time together. I know mom and dad are happy to see you again. Keep watch over us all and save us a spot at the table.

~ To live in the hearts we leave behind is not to die ~

I am so glad that I got a chance to spend some time with Glen again when he and Sherry came to visit Germany! I am happy he got to meet my husband and our children, and that they got to meet him.
He was a great guy with a big heart that had love for everybody!!
He truly will be missed!!

Sherry, What an awesome story you have to tell of your final day and a half together. Orchestrated by God and played out in your lives. What a blessing that you listened to His leading and now have those memories to treasure forever. Glen (aka Steve) is now at peace with his Lord and his loved ones. May God give you the courage, wisdom and grace in the days to come until we all meet again. God Bless, Betty Cognion

Sherry, I am so sorry for your loss. Betty called and told me. I remember your reception in Plainfield. Glen "dipped" you back and kissed you. I think I have a picture of that. It was so obvious that he loved you very much.
You are in my prayers at this difficult time. Denise Cognion-Williams

I remember Glen from the times when we visited St Joseph. He was a lot younger than I was, but he was still fun to be around. A salute from one veteran to another, cousin. Rest in Peace cousin.

Though our time of knowing each other was short, it was clear that this man had a heart of gold, and loved deeply. I'm confident that God has him in comfort, gone but never forgotten!!

I remember his smile and his gentle touch. He was always telling a joke or teasing. I am missing him greatly.
Our last day together was beautiful-a ride in his beloved hill country.
Love Always, Sherry
