Deb, I hope you will see this... Sorry I'm so late, but I only heard of Glenn's passing today. I couldn't understand why I hadn't heard of this before, but now, looking at the date, I was in Springfield at my son's for a long weekend. Must have totally missed it on the news and no one had said anything. My heart breaks for you. Soooo sorry for your and your family's loss. Take care. Love ya. Mary Reiter

I am sorry to hear of Glen's passing. I met him only once about 33 years ago at his aunt's funeral. I was doing genealogy on the Lamp family at the time. I had already met and gotten to know his father when I was doing genealogy on the Lamp family. I wish I would known of his passing sooner so I could of come to the service. To Glen's wife and children, you have my deepest sympathies. May you find strength and comfort in one another in your time of loss.

Glenn was a dear friend. Our families enjoyed Scouting and camping. I enjoyed deer hunting, Boy Scout hikes and Camping trips and personal campouts at a lake where our families both owned property. He made Lynn and I a campfire grate which our family still uses today at our campsite here in Virginia. I always enjoyed it when we spent times with our sons and when our families went camping together. It is hard to find a more giving compassionate and understanding friend whom you could count on when you needed to talk through an issue or just spend time riding the road on our motorcycles. RIP Glenn. Your school of life is over, you have graduated with honors, we cherish your memories and all the wonderful things you taught us that made the world a better place . We look forward to the day we meet again in God's Kingdom. Calvin & Lynn Hudsonpillar
