Glenn was born Sept. 10, 1968, in Tunkhannock, Pa., the son of Glen F. and Vida A. Finlon Kiefer Jr. of Meshoppen.

Arrangements are being made through the Sheldon Funeral Home, Main Street, Meshoppen.
