Almost one year has passed and I sure miss you Glenn. XXOO

You wrote to me once that I was as bright as a star and there are no limitations to what I could do. This was the day you gave me my "turtle medicine bag" which is still with me, giving me comfort when I need it. You are an angel and you are missed by everyone. You touched so many people. I will forever cherish your friendship, your advise, your heart and your laughter. I miss you Glenn Ritchie. You are my bright star....

I think the highest achievement we can have in life, is love. If you were lucky to have met this man, you would know that he was very much loved, adored and appreciated. I know I'm a better person for the time I got to spend with him. Though we may have been thousands of miles apart, and now on different plains, I still feel you, and I know you're tripping the light fantastic. Till we meet again, all my love your friend Laura

My heart goes out to Randy and to Glenn's family during this sad time. I met Glenn in the 80's through Pam, who worked at The Bay. Glenn was such a happy and joyous person. I remember many hours of laughing and fun at get-togethers and group-camping, when he lived in Ottawa. His joie-de-vivre will be missed. Gone too soon.

My heart goes out for the Ritchie family at this time. My heart breaks for Glenn's husband Randy. I always saw such love between them.

While we never met Glenn, based on the incredible Ritchies we know and love in Ottawa, we can say with certainty that he must have been an exceptionally loving, dedicated person who will be missed tremendously.

I didn't know Glenn but I know his husband, Randy, and through his eyes and his deep loss, I've seen how their union as married couple was all about loving each other and sharing that love with others. Inspiring. Thank you Glenn for keeping Randy happy and on his toes in love!

Glenn will always be remembered for his professionalism and smile. Many of his colleagues, including myself saw him as a great example. He will be greatly missed!

I have known Glen since elementary school. Glen was the nicest person you could have ever met. He always had a smile. He was taken from his friends and family way to soon. My prayers and thoughts our with his partner and his family. R.I.P Glen.

Glen and I were great friends at Charlebois High School. He was then as you have described him today. I will remember him always. As often happens, we lost touch after high school but I often thought of him and hoped life had treated him well. My thoughts and prayers go out to his loved ones during this very difficult time.

My sincere condolences for your loss. I had the honour and pleasure of knowing Glenn throughout high school. He was truly a wonderful, funny and loyal friend. I'm sorry to say we never kept in touch once we graduated, but I still have many fond memories of our time spent together. My prayers and thoughts are with you all at this very difficult time.
