Glorane - how you affected us in such different ways! Althogh we've probably been neighbors for most of the thirty plus years we've lived in the neighborhood, I managed to meet you only relatively recently when you befreinded my now twenty year old granddaughter, probably when she most needed a friend. (so like you, it seems.) You were and remain most precious to us, and undoubtedly will be missed whole heartedly by all who were lucky enough to have known you. Just so you know, your send-off today was beautiful (sorry, two of us, at least, were crying...and I saw a couple of others who were suspiciously dabbing at their eyes. You will always remain in our hearts and prayers. Truly one of a kind, you will be sorely missed. Please prepare room for us too. 'Til we hopefully meet again - love always, Tina & Jan

I'm writing on behalf of the Coyne family. My mother, Grace Coyne, has been a longtime friend of Glorane's since they worked together for many years at St. Paul Companies. And more recently, my wife, Laurie Barrett Coyne, was blessed to have Glorane as a guest at the Target Pharmacy where she works in Bloomington. My mom has told me many wonderful stories about the fun lunches she would have with Glorane, Natalie and Isabelle. We also enjoyed her annual Christmas cards and great friendship over the years. Rest in Peace, Glorane, and prayers to your family.

Oh for the memories Glorane and not just ones at St Paul Companies - but - also @ the lake.
The visits we enjoyed while watching those fantastic sunsets over MilleLacs. Those moments when we 'watched' the kids enjoy their moments of being a kid in the waves along the shores of MilleLacs. It seems like yesterday! -
Then there were those moments at the Minneapolis Office as well as those few months at Upper Midwest when you were able to retire YOUNG!
You were definitely someone that made the mailroom 'tick' and your ambition and willingness to help EVERYONE was way above & beyond!
Those luncheons we used to enjoy as a group with John Lynch at the 'helm' were always interesting, entertaining, and a great way to let those office things behind. Those lunch hours we'd have @ your house - what a bunch of characters we were.
Do know that you will long be remembered as a wonderful person with a personality that no one could ever forget.
Say HI to all those that went before us and give Merle an extra hug from a friend!
Until we meet again - your forever friend -
With Love-Carleen
