Layton C. Stinehouse

STINEHOUSE, LAYTON C. "BOB", born September 14, 1916 in Kramer, ND, passed away February 02, 2003 peacefully in his sleep. Bob is preceded in death by his wife Myrtle Stinehouse. He is survived by two daughters; Annette Daniels and Olivia Nichols, his three stepchildren; Larry Roberts Sr., Iris Johnson, and Martha Yarborough, as well as by his several grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. He served his country bravely during WWII and as a result received two Bronze Star Medals. Bob was recognized by his family, friends, and his many acquaintances as being energetic, friendly, and self-motivated. As a long time Dallas resident and businessman, Bob took great pride in his long, successful, and storied career as a professional "salesman". He will be missed greatly by those who knew and loved him, especially his daughter-in-law. Memorial Services will be held at Mesquite Gardens, 1413 Range Drive, Mesquite, Texas on Friday 02-07-03 at 12:00 pm (noon). Interment will be at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
