Gloria MARSHALL Obituary
Feb 8, 1921 - Dec 28, 2012
Gloria passed away at St. Paul's Hospital in Saskatoon. Gloria was born in Raymore, Saskatchewan, the eldest of three children of Wilhelmina and Cornelias Terschuur. She is predeceased by her parents, husband Robert, sister Greta and son-in-law Keith Hitchcock. She leaves to mourn her brother Lorne and sister-in-law Betty Terschuur, as well as her children, Lorraine (Keith) Hitchcock, Lynda Adams, Ken (Dianne) Marshall, Sharon Yachnik (Kelly), and Marilyn (Melvin) Saufert. Mourning as well are her 11 grandchildren, Randy, Michelle, Joelle, Sheri, Danielle, Kori, Jackie, Nathan, Natashia, Kyla and Kristi, and her 17 great-grandchildren and one great great- grandchild. Many relatives and friends of Gloria also mourn her passing. Gloria married Robert in 1942 and lived in Saskatoon until 1945, they then moved to the Carragana area to farm. She lived on the farm until 1987 and then moved to Porcupine Plain and in 2004 moved to Saskatoon. Gloria will be cremated and a Memorial Service will be held at a future date.

My condolences to you, Lorraine, Lynda, Ken, Sharon, and Marilyn on the loss of your mother. I know all
of you and your families will miss her very much. Your mom's absence will be felt by so many people - among them
will be her cousins. Gloria was the oldest of the 23 first generation Schouten/Buitenhuis cousins born in
Canada. How we all admired and looked up to her! She has left us with many, many fond and happy memories.
