Gloria Jean Robinson departed this life on Wednesday February 5,2025 at Christian Village in Crown point, In. She was born November 15,1948 in Gary IN. She was the oldest of four, born to Sylvester and Alice Robinson. She graduated from Frobel High School. Gloria held several positions in Customer Service, where she went on to retire from Value Mart as head cashier. She then later married her love, Melvin Johnson. She was proceeded in death by her parents Sylvester and Alice Robinson, her husband Melvin Johnson, son Jamell Johnson and sister Anita Williams. Gloria leaves to cherish her memories, Her sister Sylvia Townsell Burnett, her brother Sylvester (Joyce) Robinson. And three sisters in laws, Joyce Williams, Teresa Phelps and Patricia Hull. Her daughters LaTres(Derick) Johnson, Roshanda Robinson, Kwame Johnson, Kameda (Patrick) Harris. Grandchildren Derick Johnson, Andrew Boddie, Travon Boddie, Juwan Johnson Etavita Robinson, Kaylon Dobbs, Jaydin Robinson, Kenzie Harris, Honor Johnson-Coleman and Kairo Harris. Five great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
