Gloria Swire Obituary
She was a native and lifelong resident of Cameron Parish. Gloria will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
Survivors include her children, Dale Swire and wife, Tammy of Westlake, and Patricia Mallett and husband, Darrell of Moss Bluff; her siblings, Nell Perrodin of Hackberry, Betty Manuel of Cypress, Texas, Billie Ogea of Tomball, Texas, Linda Faye Little of Cypress, Texas, and James Little of Sulphur; and four grandchildren, Ashley Swire, Megan Swire, Shawn Swire, and Nathan Swire. She is preceded in death by her husband, Wilson Swire.
Her memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 15, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from noon until the time of service Sunday in the funeral home. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com.
