Just wanted to send my condolensces to the family. It's been a long time since I have seen every body but I love Pinkie since I was a little girl. She had the sweetest and kindest spirit. I never did forget miss Pinkie and how she bought cute little dresses for me when I was a little girl. God bless the family I know that God is there holding you all up but your mother is an angel and was one on this earth. I love you all and God bless!!!

To the Worlds best mother!!! I am lost without you, I cant believe that you are gone, it seems like a blur everyday since the day you left us. What am I suppose to do without you...You helped me do everything...cook, pick out clothes & shoes, comb & roll my hair! We laughed & talked everyday, you were my best friend, my angel here on earth! I love you so much, I think of you EVERYDAY, I even call the house phone just to hear your voice on the answering machine so many times thoughout the day! Sleep easy Mama....as much as I love you...God loved you more! To be absent from the body is to be with THE LORD!!!!!

My God is an awesome God. My heart leap with joy when I think about my Aunt Pinkie. No one is perfect, but God. God placed the perfect person in our life for a short time to bring us so much joy and laughter along with so many good qualities and morals. Those morals were shared with family and close friends. My Aunt Pinkie had it going on. She had the finesse to handle situations with a unique style. She was a wonderful person, kindhearted, and loving. She was also firm, if need be. Mechell, I agree with you, you could talk to Auntie about your mother. I was always mad at my mama Earlene; mad as all get-out, but Auntie Pinkie would make me laugh so until I wasn't mad any more. I would be mad and laughing at the same time. Aunt Pinkie, I look at your beautiful face everyday, just like I did when my mama and aunt Jewlene past. I've said to myself so many times since you been gone, "what now, what now". I love you, from Twiggie

Regina and Reginald stay strong. Keep your head up,after all, you were both blessed with a wonderful mom who loved you both immensely. I will never forget how 'Pinkie' would make fun of you by calling you goofy names and make you feel so loved at the same time. Polly

Gloria Spencer (Pinkie) was one of the best French Horn players in the band at Dogan and maybe John Tyler. She will be sorely missed by us that shared that experience with her. May God continue to Bless and keep all of you safely in his presence.

Dear Family:
We are really sorry to hear about your loss. We all know that she is now with God in a better place with her suffering gone. We know how much her pain caused you sorrow and grief, and we found it extremely difficult to see you bear it. But, God will never give us more than we can bear, and he is with you through every step in your life.
Gloria Ann “Pinky” will always be with you; her spirit and good will be part of you no matter where you go. I know that you wanted, needed, and hoped for more time to spend with you’re her, but the time you did spend with her meant so much to her. She loved all of you very much and I know you will miss her terribly. God gives us examples on this earth of how we should live our lives and your grandmother was one of the best examples.
I wanted to let you know that we are here for you at any time you need us - just to listen, or to talk. Please, don't hesitate to call me at home (972) 522-1812 or cell (972) 464-9175 anytime.
With my deepest sympathy, your former neighbors and good friends, the Elliott, Gaines, Lacy, Ross and Pryor families.
Sincerely,
Vernetta Elliott Gaines

To the family of "Pinkie" Spencer-Williams. I will cherish her memories. God has called her home and she was ready to go. From the time I met her on Liberty St. she was the same. Pinkie was always so kind. No matter what she was going through she always had an encouraging word. She will certainly be missed. Just know that God will never leave you nor will He forsake you. Will be lifting up the family in prayer!!!!
