As a young girl I have many fond memories of my dad, I remember the many games of crazy 8's dad would play the best 2 out of 3 unless I was winning then it would be the best out of 5. And I also remember the Christmas, I got a pair of GIRLS skates and dad took JUST me down to the ottawa river to go skating. The other time it was just me and dad (which didn't happen very often) was that I got a good report card from gr.3 and he took me shopping to buy my big barbie house. And of course we would go Christmas shopping for mum, just him and I, and I treasured these times except for when I was 12 and he would walk through the mall holding my hand (embarising). Through the good and bad he was always there to lend a helping hand.
I love you mum and I miss dad.

Dear Nana, When I think of Bah Bah I remember the boat and the tractor and Calabogie, him sleeping in his chair or when he took us to the petting zoo even when he would read me stories at night. I'm gonna miss him but I'm very very happy and lucky that your still here.
When I think of Bah Bah its not like hes gone but its like hes either just sleeping in his chair or in the hospital again. It still hasn't occured o me that hes gone because its like hes still here.(sorry i couldn't explain in better words:) Just wanna say i love you Nana and I still love BahBah.

For my Uncle Gord - We remember all the good times and especially the laughter that our familes shared when we were all together. Spending time with all of you are some of my fondest memories when I was growing up. We will keep you in our hearts and thoughts and miss you forever. I hope in future to be able to spend more time with Aunt Marg, Sandra, Ian, Gary and the rest of the family. Lots of love - Judy, Steve & David

Marg, Sandra, Ian and Gary
I am so sad to learn that Gord was hospitalized and has since passed. You have all been an integral part of my former years where if it weren't for you, I wouldn't be the well balanced person I feel I am today. Gord will always remain close in my heart for his guidance; compassion; strength; humour and for accepting me as part of your family, when it was large enough to begin with. His free spirited yet stubborn disposition is what made Gord so special to me. I regret not having spoken these words to him personally. I pray that as a family, you will collectively cherish his memories and stay close to one another as, this would be very gratifying for him to know as a dedicated husband and father, grandfather and friend.
Love always, Patsy and family
