Rose Brudnicki Obituary
Rose was born in Scranton on March 20, 1935, the daughter of the late August and Catherine Weller. She attended North Scranton Junior High School, left school when she was 16 to support her family and earned her high school diploma many years later.
She is survived by five children, Dan and wife, Mary Kay; Patti and husband, Joe Whiteduck; Sharon and husband, Gerard Maher; Diane and husband, Kevin Arcaro; and Dave and wife, Karen; 10 grandchildren; sisters, Eleanor Stawinsky, Ann and husband, Larry Fromert; and Mary and husband, Andy Drozdik; nieces and nephews.
Rose was the fifth of eight children. She was preceded in death by sisters Catherine and Margaret; and brothers James and John.
The funeral will be Thursday at 9 a.m. from the Frank T. Mazur Funeral Home, 601 Dundaff St., Dickson City, with Mass at 9:30 in St. Mary's Visitation Church, Dickson City. Entombment, St. Mary's Cemetery, Dickson City.
Friends may call Wednesday 5 to 8 p.m.
