Grace was a very good Real Estate Agent and a wonderful, hard working, persevering person. She did an excellent job representing us in the sale of our house last year.

Our condolences to her family and to those who worked with her on a regular basis. Her passing is a loss to the entire Tacoma real estate community.

You sold our house to us 36 years. I remember how kindly, professionally and with honesty you removed our trepidation on making a purchase we felt was beyond our budget. Your honesty "paid off" as we are still in that same house today 36 years later where we continue to enjoy a home full of lasting memories and the long-time relationship we enjoyed with you until your untimely passing. Rest in Paradise Grace Hudtloff...you will be dearly missed.

My heart is breaking for Grace´s family, as she was loved and adored by them. I met Grace through my job as a personal shopper at Nordstrom in the early 90s. She was warm, personable, and overall a lovely individual. My career path took me to title and escrow where once again I had the pressure of working with Grace. Many wanted to be like her, with a client book that resembled the yellow pages, and an unwavering ability to " touch base" regularly with every customer current or past. One could only dream of emulating Grace. Her name is the embodiment of who she was.
I´m blessed for having known her.
May the Lord bless her family, and welcome her home.

Grace was a regular at one of the local Walgreens I work at. She always came in to print off pictures of her photography and family photos. She was a joy to talk to, staff knew her on a first name basis. We are all shocked and saddened by her passing, our thoughts are with her family and friends. May her memories forever live on. It was a pleasure to know her. She was always such a sweet, positive soul. She was so polite and kind to everyone here. She will be missed dearly.

I would always see Grace's signs throughout Pierce County. I was blessed and lucky that she listed a home that is now my dream home. I remember, giggling when I met her at my home, telling her in my mind she was the celebrity Real Estate agent. She laughed, smiled gracefully as we sat with the seller and my real estate agent on all the "things" in my new home. Boy she was so gracious and warm. I was shocked and still in disbelief that she is gone. Thank you Grace for being such a "class act". Your shoes will never be filled!
