COOK GRAHAM On 14th April 2011 suddenly at his home in Holywell Green, Graham, aged 57 years. Dearly loved brother and brother-in-law of Michael and Andrea, a loving uncle of Dawn and Claire. Service and cremation at Park Wood Crematorium, Elland on Tuesday, May 3rd at 12.45 p.m. Flowers and enquiries to The Chapel of Repose, Clare Road, tel. 01422 353970. Will friends please meet at the crematorium and accept this as the only intimation.
