Gregory "Greg" Glass

A memorial service will be held for Greg Glass at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 11, 2017 at Van Community Church.

Gregory Dirk Glass was born August 6, 1969 in Dallas, Texas. He had been a resident of Van since he was a child. He worked as a plumber and attended Van Assembly of God. He loved antique cars and working at Leon B's with T.J. Wilson. He was a hard worker, loved animals, and was a caring and generous man. He was also funny and always loved playing practical jokes.

Greg passed away at the age of 48 on December 2, 2017 in Tyler. He was preceded in death by his father, Ferrell Ray Glass, and his grandparents, Hubert Richard & Joyce Price and J.B. & Florence Glass.

Survivors include his mother, Sandra Garret (Ron) of Mansfield; special friend, Trish Robinson of Millsap; brother, Dustin Glass of Cash; aunts & uncles, Cheryl Gilmore of Ft. Smith, Arkansas, Jerry Glass of Wills Point, and Richard Price of Alvarado; and numerous cousins, extended family members and close friends.

In recent years, Greg spent a lot of time with Geoff & Susie Hardy and Billy & Nancy Wilson and family. He was loved by many!
