Greg was a great welcoming guy. He made a lasting impression on me in elementary school (St. Helens). We spider-walked up the walls of the staircase to the basement at his house (when his parents weren't home of course). At the ceiling, about 12 feet up, we pushed open the attic access, and entered the cobweb covered attic rafter space to smoke. Not a natural at these activities and somewhat afraid of heights, I was terrified. Never spider-walked up walls or smoked since. At St. Helens Greg very generously always shared his "cinnamon" toothpicks. Funny what you remember. Thanks for the memories, Greg. Deepest sympathy to your family.

Such a loss of a wonderful guy. Loved seeing Greg and Kay at our last reunion. So glad I made it to the reunion to be able to see them and catch up. My thoughts, hugs and prayers for your family

I went to grade school (St. Helen) and high school (Carroll) with Greg. Even then he was so friendly, fun and talented! He was very popular, especially with the girls . I really enjoyed catching up at the Class of `68 reunions. He will be missed. Condolences to Kay and his entire family.

I attended grade school with Greg. He was considered a leader even back then, with "boxing" skills that were not to be trifled with. But his friends knew him as a loyal and caring person. He also had a pretty cool crewcut, a popular symbol of the 1950's. My condolences to Kay and the family.
