My deepest condolences to Grover's family. Grover was the most gracious person I have ever come to know in my career with the federal government. I thank our Heavenly Father that I was fortunate to have worked with him for the amount of time I did.

I pray as the days pass that God will hold you in his arms, and comfort you during this most difficult time. It is hard to lose a loved one, especially someone so dear as Grover.

God Bless you, and God keep you.

My condolences to Grover's family. I worked with him on a very complex tax matter and was very impressed with his knowledge. Others in the tax area considered him to be very fair with all involved parties.

Respectfully,

My husband and I were so sad to hear of Grovers passing. Grover and I worked together for close to 20 years and he was a pleasure to work with. Besides being very capable and smart, he was a very nice person. He treated everyone with respect and was respected by all who knew him. He was a great friend and I will miss him. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Grover was more than my cousin...he was the big brother I never had. He was one of the most truly honorable humans I have known. He will never be gone but only holding his tongue with a knowing, impish eye overlooking us all until we join him. Charles will be lovingly winding the grandfather's clock for you and Morgan and I will hold up your political remarks at family dinners. And Marie and Jack, no one could ask for more love from a sister...and a brother-in-law. Love always!

Grover was everything a lawyer should be. I have known and admired him for decades, and had the pleasure of speaking with him on several educational programs over the years. Grover will be missed. I extend my sympathies to Charles and the rest of Grover's family.

I was saddened to hear of Grovers passing. Grover had brightened the hearts of many people with his brilliance and wit. I will cherish the memories of family gatherings with his presence and Uncle Charles what fun we we had at these gatherings.. Thank you Grover for being a part of my life. You will be sorely missed.

I knew Grover from the tax bar and was a co-panelist with him at one time. He was a very fine person, and I mourn the loss.
