SKIBA, Gwen (nee Gieras) 83 yrs on June 15, 2009. Loving wife of the late Walter (1990). Beloved mother to Chet and wife Stella of Windsor, Nancy and husband Ray Gauthier of Iroquois Falls, and Carl of Windsor. Dear grandmother to Rhonda Skiba and Dave Antaya; and Steve and wife Natalie Skiba. Great grandmother to Nicole and Curtis Skiba. Gwen is survived by her sister Jennie Shepard of Sullivan,Ind.; sisters-in-law Jean Hind of Windsor, Nancy Skiba of Walkerton, and many nieces and nephews. She was also an active member of the Lions Manor. As your expression of sympathy donations may be made to Hospice Village. Resting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Chaplet of the Divine Mercy will be recited at 3:00 pm. Parish Prayers 8 pm. Funeral Thursday June 18, 2009 at 10:15 am from the Funeral Home to Holy Trinity Polish Church for funeral Mass at 11 am. Cremation to follow.
