Ormond Beach - Hannah (Craven) Woods McGuire, 94, passed away on May 25, 2025. She was predeceased by parents, George and Mabel Craven; brother, John Craven; husband, W. Warren Woods; son, Mark Woods; and husband, Dr. James McGuire.

She is survived by daughters, Melissa (Craig) Stephens and Martha (Kirby) Stephens; sister, Ellen Craven; beloved grandchildren-Matthew Stephens, Nicholas Stephens, Taylor Bradley, Mackenzie Brewer, Morgan Stephens, Madison Best, Margaux Belvin and seven great-grandchildren.

Hannah graduated from St. Joseph's School of Nursing, Catholic University, and SUNY Cortland. She devoted the final 20 years of her career as the school nurse teacher at Chenango Valley High School, where she was well known for both "terrorizing and entertaining" students and staff with her unmatched wit and care.

Hannah was the life of every party, loved to travel and cruise, and never missed a good gathering. Her vibrant circle of friends spanned far and wide-from Binghamton, NY, to Genegantslet Lake, to Ormond Beach, FL, where she spent her final years as a proud Florida resident.

There will be a private burial for family and close friends at 11am, July 26, 2025. A celebration of life will be held at My Uncle's Place at 11:30 am on July 26, 2025 in Binghamton, New York.

Please do not send flowers. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Red Cross. in her memory.
