Harold John Oberle age 89, passed away January 1, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Joyce, loving father to D'Ann Archer and Lee Oberle; and grandfather to Danielle St. Germaine. Harold served his country during WWII as a pilot. For many years, he worked as a photo engraver. Harold was a member of the Masons Lola Valley Lodge 583 and was an avid scale model builder. He was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather and friend. Visitation 3-8pm Sat., Jan. 4 at Resurrection Funeral Home, 40800 Hayes, Clinton Twp., MI, with a 7pm funeral service. To the Oberle family, I am sorry that I was unable to pay my sincere sympathy to you but your dad was a kind, gentle and devoted man to your family. He was easy to talk to and you felt like he was your friend from the time you first met him and my late husband who worked occasionally with
Hal enjoyed their friendship as well. My prayers to you....Bernie Lapko.

D'Ann, Scott and I were so sorry to learn of your Father's passing and we truly regret not being able to have another Conversation with such a Wonderful and Knowledgeable Man.
