Funeral services for Mrs. Eva Marie Parker of 2717 Rockcliff Road, NE, Atlanta, GA will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2005, 2:30 PM in our South Dekalb Chapel. Rev. C. Andre Grier, Officiating. Survivors are daughter, Mr. & Mrs. Gora and Donna Marie Dia, Mr. & Mrs. Raymond Collins and Mr. & Mrs William Faulkner; nine grandchildren; one great grandchild; two brothers, Mr. & Mrs. Raymond L. Collins, Sr. and Mr. & Mrs. Alvin L. Collins, Sr.; two sisters, Ms. Iris Collins and Ms. Linda Porter and a host of other relatives and friends are asked to assemble at the residence at 1:30PM, Wednesday. After the service remains will be forwarded to Greenidge Funeral Home, Atlantic City, NJ for final interment. Gregory B. I was saddened to hear of Marie's passing. Those of us who had the privilege of working with her knew her to be a warm, caring, considerate person. I never heard her complain or say " WHY ME ? ". She will be an inspiration to me for the rest of my life.
