Harry William Billings

Harry W. "Bud" Billings passed away in Palm Desert on February 16, 2019 at the age of 74. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Eileen "Cookie" Billings, 2 sons, Bill Billings and John Dominguez, and 2 daughters, JoAnne Serna and Patricia Sparks. Bud is also survived by his sister, Katherine Tritz, 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his father and mother, Harry and Phyllis and his sister Andrea. At 18, Bud was one of the first Americans to enlist in the US Air Force while living in Germany with his father and sister. He moved to Palm Springs in 1971 and lived in the Coachella Valley for most of the remainder of his life. He had lived in Desert Hot Springs for the last 30 years. His greatest enjoyment in life was to spend time with his grandchildren. He seldom missed any events in their lives, from sports events to school and military graduations. Bud, you are loved and missed!
