Harry ROBERTS

ROBERTS _ Harry January 23, 1940 - September 16, 2003 Dad had a courageous battle with cancer, never giving up the fight, but left us suddenly while vacationing in Calgary where he was surrounded by loving family and friends. Harry will be lovingly remember by his wife Sandra, sons Stephen (Sheri, Rebecca and Jessica), Jeffrey (Jennifer, Benjamin and Liam), Graham, his mother Agnes, and sister Cynthia, mother-in-law Elenor, sister-in-law Sue (Allan), brother-in-law Robert (Joan), a wonderful extended family and many dear friends. Harry lived an incredible and amazing life that touched many. He was born and raised in Liverpool England where he met and wed his beautiful wife in July 1965. Together they immigrated to Canada in 1966. They then started their family and formed many friendships, most of those through the Merseyside, the Masons Prince David Lodge 101 Maple Ridge, the golf club and by playing and coaching soccer. Dad was a dedicated family man whose greatest concern was his family and friends. He has given his love and efforts to so many over the years. We love you Dad and although you left us far too soon and are missed so very much, you left behind a legacy. A legacy you and Mom built together filled with family, friends, love and precious memories. The family welcomes everyone to a memorial for Harry's life on Tuesday, September 23rd at 1:00 p.m., Northside Foursquare Church, 1477 Lougheed Hwy., Port Coquitlam. The family also requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the BC Cancer Society.
