At his request no service are planned. Schnider Funeral Home of Great Falls is handling arrangements.
Survivors include his sons, Harry Schippers and Gregg Schippers, both of Great Falls, and Glenn Schippers and Gary Schippers, both of Sidney, Mont.; his daughters, Holly Hanning of Great Falls, Hope Martin of Townsend and Glynis Birkenbuel of Smithburg, Md; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by an infant son, Howard Schippers.

SCHIPPER FAMILY. WE REMEMBER HARRY WHEN WE WENT TO SCHOOL IN OUR YOUNGER DAYS, WHEN HE WAS A CUSTODIAN, HE WOULD ALWAYS TEASE US , AND MAKE US LAUGH AND ALWAYS HAD A SMILE ON HIS FACE. He always kept the rooms spotless , and the floors shined at all times , sometime after waxing them they were slick and hed tell us be careful , dont fall. HE will be greatly missed , by all who knew him. He was a VERY PLEASANT MAN to know, he will be missed by all. marianne , michelle Evankovich.
