SHANNON, HARRY FRANK Born April 28, 1926 in San Diego to an English mother and an Irish father, he is a 1st generation San Diegan. He attended Point Loma High School and San Diego State College and joined the US Navy during WWII. He always loved the sea and sailing. Harry is survived by his wife Mary Jo, who he married 35 years ago June 19, in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Three daughters: Karen Casey, Kristen Jenner (Bruce), and Karen Haughton; one son Stephen Shannon. They have ten grandchildren: Mattie Howard (Mac), Andy Casey, Shannon Knisely (Michael), Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Robert Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner and Natalie Zettel, and one great grandson MacDaniel Howard. Two nephews, Jay Shannon and Jack Falkenthal. Harry was preceded in death by his brother Jim Shannon and sister Margaret Dunn. Harry was an avid sports fan. He enjoyed gardening, travel, his grandkids, family and many good friends and neighbors added to his lifes pleasures. Memorial Services will be held Wednesday, July 2, 2003 at 11 a.m. at El Camino Memorial Park, (Sorrento Valley). Donations may be made to San Diego Hospice, (619)560-0302.

Dad....
I miss you every day...
And, yes, I wish you had had more time with with Mattie´s, Andy´s & Shannon´s children! They have your wit ..and that dry sense of humor!!! I´m hoping that your sweet nephew Jack Falkenthal, and brother Jimmy & his dear wife.Avalon, and your sister Margaret are forever happy..
I love you Dad... and will forever!
