I was a caregiver at one point and enjoyed our conversations about his travels and looking at the cards he made. He was a kind genuine person and was missed by all of us when he left.

What a wonderful man and great teacher. I had him as my 6th grade teacher a long time ago and he saw a lot in myself that I did not. A big reason I became a teacher too. God bless you Mr French.

Mr. French was my 4th grade teacher and it was him that inspired me to pursue my passion of art. By far one of the most memorable experiences in his class was when he invited small groups to his home to develop photographs in his dark room. He was funny, bright and made going to school something we wanted to do. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. He was a good man.

Oh my goodness! Mr French will forever be my favorite teacher. We did photography with him in 5th grade in 1991. I still have some we developed in his developing room. He was kind and cared so much for his students. Blessings and Peace to his family. Rest In Peace Mr French.

Mr. French was my 5th grade teacher. He was such a kind and caring soul and made sure to give the odd ball kids that didn't have an ideal home life, like me, extra attention. Always so patient and you could tell that he cared so much about his students. Sending prayers for his family.

Harv French taught all 3 of our children at Carver Elementary. Im sure they would all agree that Mr. French was one of their favorite teachers. He was so gentle and kind and always brought out the best in all of his students. Both my husband and I really enjoyed volunteering in his classroom! I looked forward to his beautiful photos and newsy notes every Christmas. Know that Harv French will truly be missed! May he Rest In Peace in our Lords loving arms. Im sure his beloved wife had a big hug for him as she welcomed him into heaven!

Mr French was my 4th grade teacher and helped me escape detention a few times ;) He was an amazing teacher! To this day I will always remember him letting us use his camera and then getting to go to his house with the other kids from class to develop the photos! That experience truly sparked my love of photography! Many years later I enjoyed my run ins and catch up chats with him at Kohls! May you all find peace in the days to come!

Mr. French was my fourth grade teacher at Carver Elementary and was a favorite amongst students. His love of art and photography is something I still remember today. Thank you for sharing him with all of us. He made an impact on my life and I'm honored to have called him my teacher. Thinking of you all.
