ASHWORTH Hazel Sandra On Friday January 6th, 2017, peacefully at the Royal Blackburn Hospital, Hazel Sandra, aged 73 years of Barrowford. Loving wife to the late Winston, dear mother to Neil, Graham and Vicky and grandma, great grandma and sister to Bernice.
A funeral service will be held on Friday January 20th, 2017.
The cortege will assemble at
Stott House Chapel of Rest at 10.50am prior to cremation at Burnley Crematorium at 11.20am. Sally Penn will officiate.
