Hazel was born on March 8, 1939 and passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2016. Hazel was a resident of Washington, Pennsylvania at the time of her passing. Ms. Day graduated from Anna Ohio High School and St. Ritaâs Hospital School of Nursing. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd. 925 Allison Avenue Washington. Additional visitation will be held from 10 till 11 a.m. the time of service Wednesday August 18th in Fairhill Manor Church with Pastor Michael Lehman officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Prospect Cemetery.

I am so sorry for the loss of your mother/ mother in law and grandmother, I met Hazel a few times and she was a nice lady. My condolences go out to you and your family, I'll be praying for you all.
