So sorry to read that your mother had passed away. She was full of energy and she had a smile that never went away. She was well respected throughout her time serving in Centre County government. My thoughts are with you all.

When I was a young lawyer, Hazel took the time to teach me the "ins and outs" of the Recorders Office. I have never forgotten her patience and kindness. She was never too busy to help out and always with a smile. Hazel was truly a wonderful person. My sincerest condolences to her family.
