She is preceded in death by her Uncle Bryan.
Hazel is survived by her parents, Jaimie Wagner and Daniel Keenan; grandparents, Angela and Bruce and Sarah; half sisters and brothers; uncles, Philip, Peter and Thomas; cousin, Kristen, who was like a sister to her; and many cousins on both sides who loved her dearly.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 9, 2021 at 3:00 PM followed by a reception at San Tan Mountain View Funeral Home, 21809 S. Ellsworth Rd., Queen Creek, AZ, 85142. Hazel's service will be live streamed. Below is the link and login to join the service if you are unable to attend.
