Wayne E. Meny 56, of Haubstadt IN. passed away Friday, March 6, 2020 at home. Wayne was born on May 3, 1963 in Evansville IN., to Gerald "Curly" & Shirley (Buehner) Meny.
He graduated from Gibson Southern High School in 1982. Wayne worked many years at the family business in Haubstadt Meny's.
He was a member of St James Catholic Church and enjoyed camping and cooking. Wayne never meet a stranger.
He was preceded in death by his parents, nephew, Ronald Zeller, brother in law, Loren Zeller, great niece, Elizabeth Barnett.
His survivors include wife, Margaret (Payne) Meny, son, Aaron Meny, siblings, Mike (Barb) Meny, Cindy Zeller, Jeff (Tammy) Meny, Anita (Jim) Schmitt, Danny (Karen) Meny, Eric (Johnna) Meny, Laura (Mike) Richter, Bobby (Rebecca) Meny, several Aunts, Uncles, 33 nieces, nephews, 29 great nieces, nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 A.M., Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at St James Catholic Church, 12300 S. 50 W., Haubstadt IN. 47639, burial to follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 on Tuesday, March 10 and 10 A.M. till mass time at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Wayne to Chemo Buddies.
Arrangements are being handled by the Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Volkman Chapel, 2nd & Elm Sts., Elberfeld IN. (812) 983-4211.

Wayne was such a pleasure to have as a student his 4 years at GSHS. He had a kind heart and such a pleasant personality. Always enjoyed talking with him since his graduation. He is a shining example for many others. He was very proud of his son and all of his accomplishments.
He will be missed.
