Heather L. Dempsey, 33, of Irwin, died Monday March 6, 2017. She was born June 23, 1983, at Jeannette Hospital, a daughter of William E. Dempsey, of North Huntingdon, and Terri L (Richter) Dempsey, of Irwin. Heather worked as an assistant at Dr. Anna B. Miller, Eye Care Center, Pittsburgh. In addition to her parents, she is survived by the love of her life, Joseph Aquiline, of Pittsburgh; her son, Logan L. Swidowski, of Irwin; her brother, Christopher E. (Natalie) Dempsey, of Latrobe; niece and nephew Isabella and Lucas; her grandmother, Doris P. Fritz, of Arizona; also aunts, uncles, cousins, and her beloved pet dog, Lyla. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Matilda Dempsey and Edward and Eleanor Richter.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the WILLIAM SNYDER FUNERAL HOME INC., 521 Main Street, Irwin, 724-863-1200, where a funeral service will follow at 8 p.m.
