Heather Lynn Link

Heather Lynn Link, 46, of Charlotte died on Easter Monday April 17, 2017 at Carolinas Medical Center, Main. She was born in Michigan on April 23, 1970, the daughter of Dennis Carl and Peggy Jayroe Karas. Heather was predeceased by her father, Dennis Karas and her father-in-law, Reverend William Link. She is survived by her husband, David; mother, Peg Karas; sister, Holly Jacobs; mother-in-law, Kathryn Link; sisters-in-law, Christine (Tommy) Lowman and Virginia (Andy) Getz; many aunts and uncles; treasured nieces and nephews, cousins and friends who were blessed to know her. She loved the Lord, family, dogs, riding horses, books, and knitting. Heather touched the lives of many by expressing that each day is a gift from God.

A visitation will be held on Friday, April 21, 2017 from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home, 3700 Forest Lawn Dr., Matthews, NC. A second visitation will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2107 from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM at Resurrection Church, 2940 Commonwealth Ave., Charlotte, NC., where a funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM with The Reverend Billy Miller officiating . Burial will be private at Forest Lawn East Cemetery, Matthews, NC.
