Dear Paul and family,
I was just notified about Heather's passing, and I can't convey my sorrow enough. I haven't seen her in a few years now, because I moved out of the area, but I've always adored her. She's the only person who's ever been able to manage "my helmet" as she'd say! She was such a fun girl with a caring, generous heart. She made everyone who came through her door feel like an old friend. I know that you were truly the light of her life, Paul. She glowed anytime you called, or if anyone mentioned your name. It's so very strange, because she's been on my mind a lot lately, and I was thinking of her over the weekend and wondering how she was doing, and decided that I'd call the shop tomorrow, Tuesday, to say hello and catch up on things. I was terribly shocked, and devastated when I received a text this afternoon telling me the sad news. God be with all of you as you mourn your terrible loss. I pray that your beautiful memories of Heather will continue to make you smile and let her live on in your hearts.

Paul,
Dave and I are heartbroken over Heather's passing. We remember when she first opened her shop. She cut my hair for such a long time I had lost count of the years. I was treated with a welcome every time I walked into her shop.
Heather did more than just cut my hair. We had wonderful conversations together. I saw her the happiest after she met you.
I lost more than a hairdresser; I lost a friend who cared so much.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Heather was the most generous, kind and loving person. She became a friend when she started cutting my children's hair over 35 years ago. She was funny, vivacious, engaging, caring, all the above and more to everyone. My deepest sympathy to Paul and all extended family and friends. Such a beautiful woman and life. God Bless All.

Paul, Please accept my most sincere condolences. I am Alicia's mother and I would frequently be at your wife's salon. Heather was always so extra kind to me. She treated me like a queen as soon as I walked in the door! Heather was an extremely generous and kind person and will be truly missed. You truly have my deepest sympathy. Sue Lavely
