SPEAK Heather Margaret Sadly passed away at Countess Mountbatten Hospital on November 21, 2008, aged 60.
Funeral service to be held at Portchester Crematorium on Thursday, December 4, 2008, at 11.30 a.m. All flowers, or dontaions, may, if desired, be sent by cheque, made payable to Friends of Countess Mountbatten House, c/o Lee Fletcher Funeral Services, 95 High Street, Cosham, Hampshire, PO6 3AZ.
