I cannot believe its two years already since Heber passed. He was the best person to have as a neighbor for 7-years. I always loved talking to him. He was my go-to if I needed to do something in the house and Rick was traveling for work. RIP, Heber.

My condolences to the family. Heber and Vera were my next door neighbors on Kensington Ave in SLC for 7-years before we moved. We shared a number of lovely occasions, our wedding, Heber's 90th, and just a backyard dinner at our new house. I loved both Heber and Vera. When my daughter was little, she made a wrap for my daughter's American Girl doll - just from touching the doll and figuring out measurements. They were the absolute best neighbors for me to have in my first home in Salt Lake City.

Heber was a great friend and neighbor. He always told me stories of his life and family. He told me I was the first to feed him eggplant. And that I reminded him of his wife. He was a kind sole and will be missed.

Heber was one of the finest gentlemen I have known. Our entire family loved him and enjoyed his company. He taught by his great example of patience, love, kindness and caring. He had the pure love of Christ and lived his life accordingly. We will be forever thankful to have known him and shared some time with him. He was a great friend and brought so much joy to my mother in her last years. Thank you, Heber. We love you.
