Baldwinville- Helen Nancy (Marchant) Buckner, 89, died on Sunday, October 24, 2021 in the Alliance Health Center, Baldwinville. Helen was born in Fitchburg on July 15, 1932 daughter of Albert and Jennie (Anderson) Marchant. She was raised in Fitchburg and Lunenburg graduating from Lunenburg High School Class of 1951. On April 13, 1952 she married Keith Buckner, who died in 2003, and they moved to California where they lived for many years until they returned to the area settling in Westminster.

For many years she worked at Burbank Hospital in the Medical Records Department and then worked for several years at the Birch Hill Rehabilitation Hospital in Dublin N.H. before retiring. She attended the Assembly of God Church and attended Ladies Bible Study in Fitchburg. Helen loved the Lord. She enjoyed knitting, making hats and scarves for her grandchildren.

Helen is survived by her three children; Daniel and his wife Terri Buckner of Baldwinville, Cynthia and her husband Vaugh Weber of Baldwinville and Coleen and her husband Jay Beauvais of Winchendon, two brothers; David Marchant of Westminster and Robert Marchant of Kennedy Texas, one sister Edith Snyder of St. George Utah, 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sisters; Louise Rocker, Elizabeth Gilchrest and Irene Hulsman.

Funeral services under the direction of Stephen Moorcroft, Lavery, Chartrand, Alario Funeral Home Fitchburg will be held Saturday October 30, 2021 at 11:00am in the Bread of Life Church, 22 State Road E., Westminster. A calling hour will be held from 10 until 11am in the church. Burial will follow in Woodside Cemetery, Westminster.
