Helen Crider Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Sep. 29, 2025.
Frisco - Helen Diane Crider, 75 years old, passed away with her family at her side. She was born in Jacksonville, North Carolina on January 7, 1950 to James D. Grounds and Joyce Grounds. Her purpose in life was to treat others with kindness and leave anything she touched better than she found it.

She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her brother, Jim Grounds, and her daughters, Stacy Crider Richards (Brett) and Jennifer Crider Miskovsky. She loved, with all her heart, her grandchildren, Sarah Elizabeth Miskovsky and Ella Shea Miskovsky. Helen, known as Nana, had such pride in Sarah and Ella. She taught them life lessons and led them with thoughtful actions and respectful behavior.

Helen was beloved by her friends. She was known for her sweet and beautiful notes, gloriously wrapped and thoughtful gifts, and always remembering & celebrating important events in their lives.

Helen demonstrated patriotism and was proud to be an American.

Our best qualities came from our MoM. Her passion was to make us feel like the most important person in her life and she did so everyday. Stacy, Jennifer, Sarah, Ella, and Brett strive to be half the person Helen Crider was.

MoM, we love you more than the stars in the sky. And we will look up to you, our very own star, forever.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, be considerate of others and respect your country. To convey condolences or to sign an online registry, please visit www.tjmfuneral.com

I will miss you, dear neighbor and friend. The conversations over breakfasts, or even just coffee ... we thank you for all the homemade dog treats, and the dog toys - you were the best neighbor to have. Your care for everyone was noticed and will always be remembered Rest in God´s eternal peace and love. Susie and Bob
