DUNNING, Helen Christine 84 years, with heartfelt sadness we announce the quiet passing into God's loving arms on July 28, 2006. Formerly of Burlington. Dear daughter to the late William and Margaret (nee Bennett). Survived by brothers James and wife Sandra Dunning (London), Dennis and wife Bernadette Dunning, sister-in-law Mary, wife of the late William Dunning, also, predeceased by sister Margaret and husband Gerald Seguin, Bernard and wife Beth Dunning, brother Albert and sister Eileen all of Tecumseh. Helen loved gardening at her home and cottage and spending hours at the Royal Botanical Gardens. As a proud retiree of the Ford Motor Co. in Oakville, she had many fond memories of the Ford Ladies Retiree Group. Aunt Helen will be fondly missed by many cousins, nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Marcotte Funeral Home & Chapel, 12105 Tecumseh Rd., Tecumseh (519-735-2830) on Monday from 4-9 p.m. Parish Prayers at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will continue at St. Anne Church, 12233 Tecumseh Rd. on Tuesday, August 1, 2006 from 10 a.m. until time of Liturgy of Farewell at 10:30 a.m. followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:45 a.m. Fr. Robert Couture will be the celebrant. Interment at St. Anne Cemetery. A tree will be planted in memory of Helen Dunning in the Marcotte Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held September 24, 2006. All are welcome. The family invites you to sign the Book of Condolence or to share a memory at www.marcotte-tecumseh.ca
